For the second time in two years, Senator Ron Wyden is asking federal regulators to investigate Microsoft's cybersecurity practices, saying the ongoing weaknesses in the Windows OS is making federal agencies, critical infrastructure, and corporations vulnerable to ransomware and other cyberthreats.
