Cyber Range Policies

Purpose: To ensure the protection of all individuals within our facility by establishing guidelines for appropriate behavior that maintains a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment free from violence and abuse. This policy outlines the responsibilities of visitors and volunteers in maintaining such an atmosphere.

Policy Statement:

  1. Visitors and volunteers must treat everyone with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times while on the premises.
  2. Visitors and volunteers are prohibited from engaging in any form of physical, verbal, or emotional abuse, harassment, intimidation, or bullying towards staff members, other visitors, or volunteers. This includes but is not limited to: a. Physical contact that is unwanted or excessive b. Verbally abusive language or behavior (e.g., threats, insults) c. Stalking, following, or invading personal space d. Unwelcome sexual advances or comments e. Deliberate humiliation or embarrassment
  3. Visitors and volunteers must immediately report any observed incidents of violence, abuse, harassment, intimidation, or bullying to the designated staff member for further action.
  4. Visitors and volunteers are expected to adhere to all posted signage and instructions related to conduct guidelines within the facility.
  5. Visitors and volunteers should respect the property and belongings of others while on the premises. This includes not damaging, stealing, or misusing any items without permission.
  6. Visitors and volunteers are responsible for their own behavior and must take appropriate measures to resolve conflicts peacefully and in a manner consistent with this policy.
  7. The facility reserves the right to deny entry or ask any visitor or volunteer to leave if they are deemed a threat to others due to violent, abusive, harassing, intimidating, or bullying behavior.
  8. Visitors and volunteers must respect the privacy and confidentiality of individuals within our facility, adhering to established guidelines for sharing information about staff members, other visitors, or volunteers.
  9. This policy is subject to change based on updated guidance from local and national authorities as well as evolving circumstances related to violence prevention and abuse awareness. Visitors and volunteers should regularly check for updates to this policy.

Enforcement: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of volunteer privileges or denial of entry as a visitor. The facility reserves the right to take additional measures to protect the safety and well-being of all individuals within our premises, such as implementing temporary restrictions on visitation or volunteering based on current circumstances related.
